Gluten Free Gem was founded with a simple mission in 2006 - to create a space where people with Celiac could eat safely. A lot has changed since those days but our commitment to helping under-served communities hasn’t. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the support of our community, and we’re happy to support great non-profits that directly uplift our community.
As folks who are from Portland, living here, and working here we want to see our greater community thrive.

We love donating cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and gift cards to help fund raise and give back to our wonderful community.
Looking to procure a donation for your next event? We simply ask that you fill out this form to get the process started. Sweets are a great fundraiser addition and because of that we receive many requests for our allergen friendly treats.
Due to the high demand for donations we limit ourselves to a set amount of donations per month.
We fulfill requests on a first-come first-served basis; so be sure to submit a request as soon as you have a date for your fundraiser.
