People who follow a gluten free diet often have celiac disease, which is an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten. Here at GEM we do not process any gluten containing ingredients, making our facility celiac safe!We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger.
