Our bakery is a 100% dedicated gluten free facility, which eliminates any risk of cross-contamination. We have researched ingredients to ensure that they are gluten free and continue to educate ourselves on new research and information regarding Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance. We take the potential health risks of cross contamination as seriously as the need for our pastries and desserts to taste delicious.

Our menu rotates seasonally; here is a list of our current pastry offerings. The items in our shop rotate daily, please call in advance to see if we have what you are looking for. We often have minimum order requirements for special orders, so please call ahead or visit our Pre-Order website with at least 72 hours advance notice and we’re happy to see what we can accommodate.
